Tia, the co-founder of Service Support Innovations, LLC has worked with individuals, companies and federal agencies in the area of customer service for more than 20 years. Having worked both nationally and internationally, she has learned the keys to what truly keeps customers coming back. Her passion for servant leadership lends to her ability to identify the proper steps in helping clients provide exceptional customer service for both internal and external customers. She is a gifted speaker, consultant and coach. Tia received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside.
Terri, the co-founder of Service Support Innovations, LLC has worked with the Federal government supervising and providing customer service for over 25 years. She believes in the intentional concept of providing a good experience for customers. Terri motivates and coaches to assist clients in identifying training needs to assist companies to improve customer service and employee development. She is a talented trainer, coach and motivator. Terri received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. She is an NAIA All-American and an inductee into the U.A.P.B. Hall of Fame.
